SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

For 48 years we have been supporting agencies that serve Minnesotans living with developmental disabilities through four benefiting charities: The Arc Minnesota, ProAct, and LivingWell Disability Services. In that time we’ve raised and donated more than $7.5 million to these worthy non-profits.

 

2019 Calendar of Events
 

Sunday September 15

The annual draw party will take place at Southview Country Club. The BBQ will begin at 5:00 pm and the draw party will start at 6:00 pm. The draw party is a chance for teams to bid on the Professional golfer in their group for the tournament, should they choose. Professional golfers in the auction can be found here.

Friday September 20

 

Men’s Pro-Am competition begins at 8:00 am with the first wave and 12:20 pm with the second wave. Please check in to the registration table as you arrive, raffle tickets are available for purchase, and the VIP room sponsored by Tapemark is open from 9-3.

 

Make a hole in one and everybody wins!

 

There’s a $10,000 prize waiting on Hole #2 for all amateur players, and the first amateur to make a hole in one will split that prize with the designated Charities, $5,000 to the player and $5,000 to the charities!

There are additional prizes on the remaining par 3s.

The Friday Night “Steak Dinner” Banquet begins at approximately 7 pm. A program will begin as soon as all the competitors are off the course. Dinner is served from 7:30-9:30 pm. Join us for a fun night as we celebrate the mission of the Tapemark Minnesota PGA Pro-Am and recognize highlights from play.

 

Saturday September 21

 

Men’s Pro-Am competition resumes at 8:00 am for the first wave and 12:20 pm for the second wave. Raffle tickets are available for purchase and it is the last day for the VIP room sponsored by Tapemark. It will be open from 9-3.

Sunday Pairings: The pairings for Sunday’s final round will be available at approximately 8pm and will be available on our website at www.tapemarkgolf.org. 

 

Sunday September 22

 

Half of the Men’s Pros and teams (and ties) and the Women’s full field will play on Sunday and compete for Championship Prizes. Play begins early, with the Professional and Team contenders teeing off at approximately 8 am.

The raffle drawing will take place during the Sunday immediately following play. If you are a winner, you may pick up your prize immediately. A list of winners will be posted on the website, and prizes will be mailed, or in case of large items, you will be notified of pick up.

Tournament trophies will be awarded to top teams and individuals approximately 20 minutes after completion of play for both the women and the men. We ask all professional and amateur players who finish in the top 3 to stay around for the Trophy Presentation.
